4% Rebate Qualifying BuildersWhen you enroll in our Home Buyer Cash Rebate program, you will be eligible to receive a cash rebate of up to 2/3 of the commission we receive* from the builder of your new home. Be sure to fill out our Rebate Registration form and register Select Residential Brokerage as your realtor on your first builder visit.
