At Frisco Lakes those opportunities present themselves in our Village Center, featuring the following amenities: a state-of-the art fitness center, a multi-purpose room, arts and crafts room, a working library, billiards room with a big-screen TV, an indoor walking track circling the fitness center, indoor heated pool with lap lanes, an outdoor pool, two bocce ball courts, and four tennis courts.

Meet Your Lifestyle Director

The Lifestyle Director's role is to organize and oversee all lifestyle opportunities within in the community and to effectively communicate these opportunities with the residents. The Lifestyle Director works closely with the Lifestyle Committee (consisting of the Social Committee, Programming Committee and Communications Committee) for suggestions as to what the community would like in terms of lifestyle.

Jamie Chamberlain has a degree in Recreation Administration from Texas State University and has several years of experience planning and organizing activities for communities. She worked as the Recreation Specialist for a municipality planning fitness, educational and recreational programs for the city and surrounding areas.

Clubs and Classes 

Frisco Lakes has a wide variety of chartered clubs, special interest group and organized classes available to residents. The Fitness Director publishes a quarterly calendar of available group exercise classes. The Community Calendar has an up-to-date schedule of when most groups meet and upcoming events planned by the Community Association staff.

Meet your neighbors for a meal, or grab yourself a quick snack at the grill.

Fitness and Health

Fitness is the foundation to good health. Workout at your own pace in the state-of-the-art fitness center, featuring cardiovascular, free-weight, strength training, and stretching areas. Or walk your way to a healthier life on the indoor walking track.

Game Rooms

Give your game playing strategy a work out with a game of billiards or cards with your neighbors in the game room at the Amenities Center.

Get in a round of golf-or two-on the 18-hole course in the community.
